Mini Circuits Bias Tee
Combining the virtues of its proprietary low-temperature, co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology with clever circuit techniques, Mini-Circuits has crafted a high-performance bias tee for applications such as amplifiers, laser diodes and active antennas. Labeled TCBT, the new bias tee is designed to provide superior performance in a tiny surface-mount package that measures 0.15 inch x 0.15 inch x 0.15 inch, saving PCB space for the designer. Although the package is a standard format, it is the smallest bias tee for the frequency range it serves, claims the developer. In fact, this miniature device boasts an unprecedented performance over a wideband of 50 MHz to 6.0 GHz.
According to the company, this patent-pending unit comes in two models. While TCBT-6G operates over a range of 50 MHz to 6.0 GHz, TCBT-2R5G is rated from 20 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Both models are guaranteed to operate at up to 100 mA DC current and 25 dBm RF power. Meanwhile, efforts are under way to further extend the frequency performance of this bias tee by further reducing the parasitics.

Vectron's C4700 DOCXO is Now RoHS Compliant
Vectron's ultra high stability Double Oven (DOCXO) is the first RoHS, lead free compliant DOCXO in the industry. With the available frequency range of 4 MHz to 15 MHz and temperature stabilities down to 0.2 ppb from 0°C to +70°C, the C4700 is targeted for the stringent frequency stability requirements needed for CDMA and UMTS applications.

Vectron International C2260 Series New 5.0 x 7.0 mm "true" Stratum 3 TCXO generation.
Vectron International has C2260 Series New 5.0 x 7.0 mm "true" Stratum 3 TCXO for use Telecom, Wireless and Data Communications applications. Utilizing a new generation of TCXO ICs, the C2260 Series can stabilize the frequency from 6.4 MHz up to 32 MHz over a wide temperature range of -30°C to +85°C to better than 0.28 ppm. The parts are fully compliant to the GR1244-Core and GR- 253-Core standard. The C2260 is based on well proven FR4 enclosure technology and has the same coefficient of expansion as the customer's PC board.

Skyworks Solutions 4 x 2 Switch Matrix 250 MHz2.15 GHz
The SKY13264-340LF is a 4-input to 2-output switch in a low cost QFN-20 4 x 4 mm package. The SKY13264-340LF enables 16 states, directing any of the four inputs to either of the two outputs. States are selected by 4 positive voltage control inputs. The switch can operate over the temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
